What is IMUSTEAT?
IMUSTEAT helps NEU students, faculty, and staff find and order food from local vendors….easily and conveniently. No more hanging on or being put "on hold." No waiting in lines to place an order. No verbal miscommunications. No errors in placing the order. All this, and at no cost to you!
You simply browse the menus of a restaurant of interest, click on your selections, enter your payment information and the order instantly goes to the restaurant for pick up or for delivery. It's that simple!
How does IMUSTEAT work?
Browse through the restaurants and their menus. Check out the Daily Steals. Click on "The Daily Steal" tab. These offers are exclusive to users of IMUSTEAT. Most Daily Steals are available for delivery, too. Don't know which restaurant or type of cuisine you want, but you need it delivered? Click on
the "Deliver" tab for a list of restaurants that make deliveries. Feel like picking up your food? Click on the "Pick Up" tab for a list of restaurants that will prepare your food order in advance and have it ready for you to pick up.
Ready to order? No need to "sign in" or register first. Just proceed…
- 1. Select all the food items. Watch your Food Receipt for proper items and quantities.
- 2. Check for any minimum order requirements.
- 3. Enter your contact and payment information.
- 4. You will receive a Confirmation Number; that means the restaurant has your order and your food is on its way. Keep this confirmation message in case you need to phone the restaurant with additions or changes.

"Deliver" is your shortcut when you want that restaurant to bring the food to you, usually within an hour or less.
"Daily Steal" is your shortcut to view what specials that restaurant has for NEU students and faculty.
"Pick Up" is your shortcut to order online from that restaurant and reduce wait-in-line time and order errors.
If you liked the website, go ahead a "Sign Up" on the Home Page. When you register, next time we'll remember your contact details so you won't have to enter them again. More importantly, you can receive email alerts for new restaurants added to our site, new Daily Steals, and other announcements to make your food ordering experience better.
It's my first time here. Do I have to register to use IMUSTEAT?
You don't need to register to order food, but you will have to provide your contact information to process your order. If you want to order without registering, use "Order Without Creating and Account". If you do register, we save your previous orders so you can reorder the same food again with one
click of the mouse.
How do register to use IMUSTEAT?
At the Home Page, click on "Sign Up". Complete the information and remember your UserName. You can also register after you select a restaurant. Next time you want to order, "Sign In" on the Home Page. When you are registered, we'll remember your contact details so you won't have to enter them again.
More importantly, you can receive email alerts for new restaurants added to our site, new Daily Steals, and other announcements to make your food ordering experience better.
What do I do if there is a mistake with my Order?
With your confirmation number, you will receive all the details about your order and the restaurant, including its phone number. You can call the restaurant directly, reference the confirmation order number and work out the details directly. Restaurant owners reserve the right to edit all menu prices
and specials at any time. IMUSTEAT does not actually prepare the food you order. IMUSTEAT only helps you make the decision. If a restaurant makes a mistake of any kind with the order, please notify the restaurant directly, not IMUSTEAT. IMUSTEAT tries to best of its knowledge and efforts to post the
most up to date restaurant information and menu items available.
